Product Specifications
ClickLock Standing Seam is a premium aluminum standing seam roofing system. The narrow 12” panels are perfectly sized for most homes. The tall 1 – 3/4” seams provide added distinction as well as protection against even the fiercest of downpours. ClickLock features carefully designed trims and flashings with a sleek, clean appearance and no exposed fasteners. Fastening clips allow for the metal’s natural expansion and contraction without ripples or buckles.

Aluminum
All aluminum panels and accessories are made of 3105-H25 aluminum sheet (minimum tensile strength 26,000 psi; minimum yield strength 22,000 psi) or equivalent. Made from quality, up to 99% recycled aluminum, the majority of which is post-consumer. .032” thick roofing panels and matching accessories.

Custom-length panels are 12” wide. ClickLock panels have a snap-action seam to ensure a weathertight roof. Stainless steel clips and fasteners provided great durability and security.

Industry-leading PVDF Coating Technology
ClickLock is protected with a two-coat, high-performance Sherwin-Williams® Fluropon, a Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF resin-based coating, which includes a protective primer and baked-on high-performance topcoat to resist chalking, fading, and deterioration. The finish includes reflective pigment to enhance the product’s energy efficiency, with a protective coating applied to the back
